Valid YouTube, X, and Instagram links appear immediately when posted. The first three links in Trending and Top receive a rank badge; Latest is unranked. A community submission does not claim that Rockstar or the linked creator endorses it.

Paid creator placements will be labeled “Promoted” and placed separately from organic ranking. Payment never changes an organic score or grants an official label. Reported links can be removed after posting.

Google sign-in is required to post, comment, or like. Daily limits are 5 posts, 100 comments, and 200 likes per account (UTC). New links begin with zero site engagement.
